1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and Silverlake Advisory ("we," "our," or "us") governing your enrollment in and use of our financial education courses and related services.

By enrolling in any course, accessing our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Services" refers to all educational courses, workshops, consultations, and related materials provided by Silverlake Advisory.
• "Course" means any structured educational program offered by us, including foundation, intermediate, and advanced levels.
• "Content" includes all instructional materials, presentations, workbooks, digital resources, and intellectual property provided through our services.
• "Participant" means any individual enrolled in our courses or using our services.
• "We/Us/Our" refers to Silverlake Advisory and its instructors, employees, and authorized representatives.

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our courses. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Enrollment Process

Course enrollment is completed when:

• You submit a completed enrollment form
• We confirm availability in your selected course
• You remit full payment or execute an approved payment plan
• We send you written enrollment confirmation

Prerequisites

Certain courses have prerequisites. You represent that you meet any stated prerequisites for courses you enroll in. We may request verification of prerequisite completion.

4. Fees and Payment

Course Fees

All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable GST. Course fees include:

• All scheduled instructional sessions
• Course materials and workbooks
• Digital resources and planning tools
• Post-course support as specified for each program

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon enrollment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bank transfer to our designated account
• Payment plans (available for Wealth Management Masterclass upon approval)

Late Payment

Failure to pay when due may result in enrollment cancellation and forfeiture of course access. Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant

You may cancel your enrollment according to the following schedule:

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus SGD 50 administrative fee
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• After course commencement: No refund for any portion

Cancellation by Silverlake Advisory

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a course, you will receive full refund of all fees paid. We are not liable for any consequential damages arising from our cancellation decision.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Course Attendance and Participation

Attendance Requirements

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If you miss sessions, we are not obligated to provide individual makeup instruction. Course materials covering missed content remain available.

Participant Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
• Arrive punctually for sessions
• Refrain from disruptive behavior
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' shared financial information
• Use course materials solely for personal educational purposes

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate conduct expectations, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, methodologies, and intellectual property are owned by Silverlake Advisory and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes:

• Presentations and teaching materials
• Workbooks and planning templates
• Digital resources and software tools
• Website content and design
• Silverlake Advisory name, logo, and branding

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use materials for commercial purposes or teaching others
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Share login credentials for digital resources

8. Educational Nature of Services

Our courses provide financial education only. We do not:

• Provide personalized financial advice or recommendations
• Manage assets or execute transactions on your behalf
• Offer legal, tax, or accounting services
• Suggest specific investments, products, or securities

Course content is educational and illustrative. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. Information provided reflects instructors' perspectives and analysis; it does not constitute professional advice.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Educational Outcomes

While we strive for high-quality education, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific learning outcomes or skill acquisition
• Financial results from applying course concepts
• Investment performance or returns
• Achievement of any particular financial goals

Service Availability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to digital resources or error-free content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silverlake Advisory, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of course materials or services
• Your financial decisions or actions
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

12. Modifications to Services and Terms

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, and services as needed to maintain educational quality and relevance. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated in advance.

Terms Updates

We may revise these Terms periodically. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide notice via email to enrolled participants.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services:

1. Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation
2. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre rules
3. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Silverlake Advisory regarding our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
